准备工作开始了，只见安老师左手拿针，右手拿线，瞪大眼睛，把线对准针头，小心翼翼地从针孔穿过去，然后，她在针头的尾部打了个结。
准备工作做完后，我们就开始学钉纽扣了。安老师首先把纽扣放在一块布上，然后把针从布的背面穿过扣眼，再从另一个扣眼穿回去，照这样往返几次，把口子钉得牢牢的，最后，打了一个结，把线头剪掉，就可以了。

前几天，在电视上看了春晚上，黄宏和巩汉林老师的小品《鞋钉》，突然有了不一样的感受。
其中一段对白是，“哪一行都有自己的道，医生的道是对症下药，学校的道是把学生教好，农民的道是把地种好，三百六十行，行行都有自己的道。”对啊，行行都有自己的道！那么作为“窗口”服务工作者的我们的道是什么？怎样又能守好自己的"道？很多人认为是收好通行费，不放违规车辆上高速。这种观念也对，但这只是表面上守好了自己的道。
行业的“道”，不仅仅是表面的作用或者职能，更有自己的深层意义。怎样收好通行费、怎样防止违规车辆上路，达到标本兼治的效果？这，才是我们更应深层思考的。
首先，具备行业能力。“欲善与其事，必先利于器”。从事哪一行，就要有从事本行业的能力。作为收费、治超工作者，要想干好本职工作，就要具备扎实的业务知识，娴熟的业务技能，掌握好相关政策法规，做到每个环节、每道工序快捷、精准，才能更好地胜任这份工作。同时，树立好自觉提高自身综合素质的意识，做到主动、勤奋学习政治理论、业务知识、职业道德等知识，在平凡的工作上创造不平凡的成绩。
