2、提交资料时的注意事项

① 文件应提交原件，如交复印件应获得签发机关的原件对照确认件后提交（原件对照必要）。

② 未用韩国语或英语填写的文件，需要附加韩国语或英语译本公证件。

③ 外国学校或当地外国法人机关发放的文件一定要经过驻在该国韩国使馆的认证。

④ 当申请人提交的文件难以确认事实的时候，将通过追加必需文件的形式加以确认。

3、外国人的范围

一、新西兰硕士申请时间

新西兰研究生申请时间并不固定，它每年有2次开学，分别为2月、7月，具体时间建议学生向学校咨询，由于其中涉及到诸多的内容，因此学生至少要提前半年开始申请，做好留学规划，这里若是打算2月入学，可以在上一年8月—10月就准备好毕业证、在校成绩单等材料。

二、新西兰硕士申请流程

1、查询学校资料：可以通过各种途径如写信或上网来查询学校的资料。

2、提出书面申请：校写信向自己选择的学校索要入学简章、入学申请表、新西兰留学奖学金申请表等各种入学材料。

3、填写申请表：填写前，要先仔细阅读说明，以免遗漏某些重要内容；填写申请表要整齐清楚，每个问题要尽量回答完整。

4、提供语言成绩：雅思成绩或者托福成绩证明。

5、提供大学成绩单：申请读研究生必须附上大学成绩单。

6、学历和学位的复印件及公证书：出国留学一般要提供毕业证书和学位证书的中、英文复印件及其公证书。

8、写好个人陈述：个人陈述对是否获得奖学金尤其重要。

三、新西兰硕士申请注意事项

部分硕士学位课程可直接申请

新西兰大部分硕士学位课程都不接受中国国内本科生直接申请，但是还是有部分硕士学位课程可直接申请。如奥克兰理工大学与惠灵顿维多利亚大学的会计专业，以及梅西大学的管理学专业等。新西兰硕士课程一般要求雅思6。5，部分专业雅思要求更高（如教育、护理、传媒等）。

申请新西兰留学读研可以跨专业

如果同学们换一个专业读研，那么选择新西兰会是个不错的方式。针对跨专业申请硕士的学生，新西兰大学一般要求学生先读1年的学士后文凭课程（GD）。

新西兰硕士学位课程即Master学位

由于新西兰的硕士课程大都属于研究类，入读要求很高，因此一般不接受国内本科生直接申请。因此国内本科学生需要先读1年的学士后文凭课程（GD）或研究生文凭课程（PD），接下来再读1年的Master学位课程。

读完1年的GD或者PD课程之后可开始工作

绝大部分新西兰留学生在上完1年的GD或PD课程之后会开始工作，还能申请到1—3年的工作签证。期间只要同学们找到符合专业的工作，并与雇主签订1年以上的劳动合同就能申请一般技术移民。工作后如果还需要继续提高知识和能力，可选择继续攻读硕士学位课程（Master）。

I plan to study for Ph.D. in Biochemistry at Case Western ReserveUniversity with special interests in metabolism, macromolecular synthesis, andprotein crystal growth. I have had plentiful preparations. First, when being anundergraduate in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Tsinghua University,I got very extensive and intensive education.
